A documentary about the rise of Bitcoin. The painting will introduce you to concepts such as digital currency and the blockchain network.
In the center of the plot is a 35-year-old programmer named Dan. Along with balancing work, marriage and raising three children, Dan spends most of his time actively involved in all things Bitcoin related. After the discovery of Bitcoin in 2011, his love and obsession with cryptocurrency was born, opening up an unexplored world of new possibilities. The tape examines the stories of entrepreneurs and startups that help shape the new financial frontier. The competitive mining market and the various subcultures of the Bitcoin community are explored. We see different characters and hear different opinions, as well as observe the social and political impact of open source digital currency.

Mr. Robot (2015)
An American TV series that immerses viewers in the life of security engineer Elliott Alderson. The main character is hired by a mysterious underground group of hackers to destroy the “one percent”.
The series shows many examples of crypt operation: from money laundering schemes using cryptocurrencies to the digital currency of the “evil corporation” E Corp — Ecoin. Bitcoin is also repeatedly mentioned in the series. Although the series does not focus entirely on the cryptosphere, it delves into issues such as blockchain security, as well as dissecting illegal crypto practices.
StartUp (2016)
This is a small series consisting of three seasons.
The plot revolves around Izzy, a young computer engineer behind a new digital currency called Gen-Coin. According to her, this currency is better than Bitcoin. However, as she tries to fund her startup, she is slowly drawn into the criminal world of the dark web, gangsters and money launderers, forcing Izzy to face a lot of problems.

Billions (2016)
The series delves into the machinations of the business world, and in season 5 begins to consider the topics of cryptocurrencies.
In the 3rd episode of the 5th season, the son of the main character, billionaire Bobby Axelrod, organized a mining farm in the dormitory of his school. Excessive load on the institution’s power grid led to its shutdown. Having identified the culprit, the management of the educational institution expelled the unfortunate miner. Bitcoin was also mentioned in the first episode of the season.
Queen of the South (2016)
